Rule #1

I have but one rule to be a client—it is mutual respect—I won’t waste your time and I look for the same in return.  If I can return 30 or more client calls a day, clients need to be willing to return mine.  In this business, time is of the essence and communication is crucial.   

I recognize that I’m not for everybody, nor do I wish to be.   As I can only service 30 new clients per month I choose to work with responsible individuals.

I’ve kept my pricing low so as to benefit borrowers.   Consequently, I can’t afford to have my time wasted—the profit margins are too thin and as we all know… TIME IS MONEY!
